Preparing Returns, Exchanges & 30-Day Resizings
Alexis Russell Jewelry requires customers seeking a return, exchange or 30-day resizing to adhere to the following guidelines.
Please note, we can only provide coverage on any returned package when our packaging & return instructions are followed.
1. CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE:
Please contact Customer Care by one of the following methods:
- EMAIL: Please send an email to returns@alexisrussell.com and include the following key information:
1. Original order number
2. Email address from the original order
3. Indicate if requesting return, exchange, or ring resizing
4. Reason for request - PHONE: Please call Customer Care at 716.445.6618 during our regularly scheduled work hours (Mon - Thurs, 9 am - 5 pm EST & Fri, 9 am - 5 pm EST) and our team will happily assist with the return, exchange, or ring resizing.
2. RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING LABEL:
Customer Care will open a return case via email and provide a free insured return shipping label. Please allow 1-2 business days to hear back from our team. Customers must print the Return Contact Form to include in the returned package. Customers have 14 days to ship returned items from the date the label is received via email.
3. PACKAGE RETURN:
All jewelry items must be returned back to Alexis Russell Jewelry in the original packaging.
- Contents of the package must include:
- Returned item(s)
- Completed Return Contact Form
- Any promotional gift included as part of original purchase
- How to Package Items:
- Place returned items in original package. If original packaging is unavailable, jewelry must be double boxed to ensure safe and secure delivery.
- Seal the box and mark out any old addresses or bar codes. Affix the label to the outside of the box.
4. SHIP YOUR PACKAGE:
Alexis Russell Jewelry returns utilize USPS or FEDEX, depending on how the item was shipped to you originally. The return label received will indicate which shipping carrier must be used to return the item(s). All packages must be shipped by the following process:
- Return shipments must be dropped off at the shipping carrier indicated on the return label.
- Find a staffed shipping location to ship your package.
- Obtain a receipt from the staffer that took the package. This will act as proof of insurance.
