OUR PROCESS

At Alexis Russell, we create jewelry that is uniquely meaningful. Each piece is born from fire, pressure and earth, brought to life in our studio in beautiful Buffalo, New York.

DESIGN

Whether intended for our inventory or a custom design, each ring features a one-of-a-kind stone that's carefully inspected and reviewed by our trained stone specialist. Every element of the ring is meticulously designed to match its unique stone.

CAD

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of each of our stones, every ring is created in CAD (a 3D rendering software) and is then printed as wax which is used as a mold for casting.

CAST

Metal is melted down to a liquid state and is then hand poured into the mold. Once cooled it’s ready to move into production.

SET

Each stone is carefully hand set into the ring by one of our skilled jewelers then polished to perfection!

FINAL REVIEW & SHIP

After your one of a kind stone has been set, it goes through a detailed quality assessment and then is carefully packaged to be sent to it’s forever home!
